When will my order ship?
Every piece is made after you order it, so nothing comes off a shelf. Production time depends on the piece and the material, and we tell you what to expect before you order.
Once your piece is finished and on its way, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder, then email us.
How will my shipment arrive?
Your jewelry arrives individually wrapped and sealed so it reaches you safely.
What do I need to know before ordering a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made to your design, one at a time, and you are charged when you place the order. We produce at our discretion and reserve the right to reject a design we
deem unacceptable.

What is your jewelry made of?
14k gold in yellow, rose and white, sterling silver, and resin. Yellow gold has a warm classic tone, rose gold a pinkish tint, and white gold a pale silvery one. All metal
pieces are hand-polished.
Resin pieces are 3D printed in a photopolymer resin, which holds fine detail well but is not as hard-wearing as metal.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Gold can be cleaned with most non-abrasive cleaners. Keep it away from household bleach, which causes corrosion and discoloration.
Silver needs cleaning and polishing more often to keep it from tarnishing, though you can do it at home with things like corn starch, vinegar or lemon juice.
Resin should be wiped with a soft cloth rather than scrubbed, and kept away from solvents.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Payment is taken by Shopify at checkout.
Why was my credit card declined?
Most declines happen because the billing address entered does not match the one your bank holds. Check that first. If it still will not go through, it is between you and your
bank rather than something we can see from our side - but email help@tfoj.com and we will help where we can.
Promotions
Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?
Email help@tfoj.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will see what we can do.
Are any items excluded from promotion codes?
Gift cards and already-discounted products are generally excluded, and some personalized pieces are too. If you are unsure whether a code applies to something, ask us at
help@tfoj.com before you order.

Codes are applied to the product subtotal before tax. On a $99 pre-tax order with a 10% code, the discounted pre-tax total is $89.10.
