These terms cover buying from thefutureofjewelry.com and using our design apps. THEFUTUREOFJEWELRY LLC, of 750 Stonegate Dr, Wexford, PA 15090, United States, is the company
behind them. By checking the box at checkout you agree to what is written here. How we handle your information is a separate matter, covered by our

ORDERING
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not yet a sale. The sale happens when we accept it - in practice, when we start making your piece. Until then we may decline an order and refund you
in full, which we would only do for a real reason: we cannot make the design safely, the price was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.
Prices are in US dollars and can change before you order, though never after. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will tell you before making it rather than hold you to
it, and you can confirm at the right price or take a full refund.
Payment is taken by Shopify at checkout. Taxes and any duties may be added depending on where the piece is going.
WHAT WE MAKE FOR YOU
Every piece is made to the design you built, one at a time, after you order it. That is the point of what we do, and it has one consequence worth stating plainly: pieces vary slightly.
Printed and cast jewelry carries small differences in surface and finish, and colors on your screen are not exactly the colors of metal or resin in your hand.
Sizing follows what you chose. We offer one free re-size or re-design in the first 30 days, which is the remedy for a piece that does not fit - see
Refund & Returns.
YOUR DESIGNS AND WHAT YOU UPLOAD
Your design stays yours. Nothing here takes ownership of what you make.
What we need is permission to act on it: to store it, to show it back to you, to make the piece, and to keep a shared link working for as long as you leave it up. That permission lasts
as long as we need it for those things, and it does not let us sell your design or use it to advertise without asking you first.
When you upload an image, you are telling us you have the right to. Please only upload your own work, or work you have permission to use. Do not upload anyone else's
photograph, artwork, logo or trademark, and do not upload anything unlawful. If a claim is made against us because of something you uploaded, we may have to pass on what it costs us.
Uploaded images are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the relief that shapes your piece, which our Privacy Policy explains in more detail.
We may refuse or remove a design or an upload that breaks these rules. If we do, and you have paid, you get your money back.
DIGITAL FILES YOU BUY
Some of what we sell is a file to download rather than a piece we make. Buying one gives you a personal license, which is a permission to use it rather than ownership of the design
itself.
You may:
- Print it yourself, as many times as you like.
- Make pieces from it for yourself, and give them as gifts.
You may not:
- Resell, share, publish or give away the file.
- Sell pieces printed from it.
- Present the design as your own work.
The license lasts indefinitely and we do not take it back, but it ends if you break these rules. Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded.
OUR OWN MATERIAL
The apps, the design system behind them, our preset models, our photographs, our site and our name are ours. THEFUTUREOFJEWELRY is our mark. Using our tools to design something does not
transfer any of that to you.
Please do not copy our apps, take them apart to rebuild them, scrape the site, or use it to run something of your own on top of ours.
IF SOMETHING OF YOURS APPEARS HERE
Customers upload their own images, and a shared design can be seen by anyone holding the link. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will look at it
promptly and take it down if it should come down.

give us a way to reach you, and confirm that you hold the rights and are acting in good faith.
We remove repeat infringers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Refund & Returns policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery to return a piece for an exchange, a re-size, a
re-design or store credit, and a full refund where a piece arrives faulty, damaged or wrong.
WHAT WE PROMISE, AND WHAT WE DO NOT
We promise your piece will be made with reasonable care and skill, and will match the design you approved. If it is faulty we will replace it or refund it - that is a right you have
regardless of what any document says, and nothing here removes it.
Beyond that, the apps and the site are offered as they are. We cannot promise they will always be available, always be free of faults, or that a design will always render identically on
every device.
Jewelry is worn, and wear is not a fault. Resin is not metal and will not last like metal. Scratches, tarnish, damage from knocks or chemicals, and normal aging are not defects.
LIMITS ON WHAT WE OWE YOU
If we get something wrong, what you can recover from us is capped at what you paid for the piece or file concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses - a missed occasion, lost
profits, or the value you placed on something beyond its price.
Some states do not allow those limits, and where that is so, they do not apply to you. None of this limits our liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit.
THE LAW THAT APPLIES
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disputes belong to the courts there. If you are a consumer somewhere with its own protections, you keep
them.
We would much rather work a problem out directly. Email help@tfoj.com and give us the chance first.
CHANGES
We update these terms when what we do changes. The terms that apply to your order are the ones you accepted when you placed it - a later change does not reach backwards. If we change them
in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept them again at your next checkout.
